Sorted User Survey, Nielsen (July 2011)

The Commission helps New Zealanders prepare financially for retirement through education, information and promotion. Most information presented by the Commission, is lead by the Sorted brand, and the most prominent communication channel is the website sorted.org.nz. Therefore to ensure the continual success of this vehicle, the Commission requested research to understand:

  • What type of people are using sorted.org.nz
  • What they think of the website, particularly how useful they find it
  • How it drives people to take action about their personal finances.
